Cancellation stops the next renewal. Access remains available until the end of the period already paid for.

No ordinary change-of-mind refund after initial access begins, subject to applicable law
Duplicate or incorrect charges will be investigated
Charges after a valid timely cancellation will be investigated
Service failures remain subject to applicable consumer rights
An accidental renewal may be voluntarily refunded where requested within seven calendar days
The voluntary accidental-renewal refund is limited to one per account during a rolling 12-month period
