Community Standards
A serious learning environment needs clear shared boundaries.
These standards apply across PHG-managed community spaces and explain how members can learn, ask questions and review markets together safely. Room guides may add practical instructions for a particular space, but they do not replace these standards.
1. Where these standards apply
These standards apply to PHG-managed spaces on Circle, the Private Telegram Community where used, live-session discussion, comments, member submissions and other community features PHG makes available. They should be read with the Terms and Membership, Privacy Policy and Trading Risk notice.
2. Respect people and the learning process
- Do not harass, threaten, bully, discriminate against or personally attack another person.
- Do not post hate speech, sexual harassment, degrading content or targeted abuse.
- Disagree with an idea without attacking the person who shared it.
- Respect that members have different experience, circumstances and stages of learning.
- Do not repeatedly tag, pressure or contact members or staff after being asked to stop.
3. Keep market discussion educational
- Share observations, questions and reasoning with enough context for thoughtful review.
- Do not present a trade, market outcome, funding result or profit as guaranteed.
- Do not pressure another person to enter, copy, hold or exit a trade.
- Do not use PHG spaces to operate a signal service, manage another member's account or impersonate an adviser.
- Use results and screenshots responsibly; an individual outcome is not a promise of what another person will achieve.
Members remain responsible for their own decisions and risk. PHG community discussion is general education.
4. Protect privacy, security and PHG material
- Do not share passwords, payment information, broker credentials or account-access details.
- Do not publish another person's private information, messages, images or results without permission.
- Do not copy, record, sell or redistribute protected PHG lessons, videos, PDFs or paid community material.
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
- Report suspected account misuse or a security concern promptly.
5. No spam, deceptive promotion or unwanted contact
Do not use PHG spaces for spam, unrelated advertising, referral links, recruitment, deceptive offers, unauthorised promotions or unlawful financial activity. Do not send unsolicited promotional or persistent private messages to members. A room-specific invitation from PHG does not permit unrelated solicitation.
6. Anonymous Questions
Where PHG offers an anonymous-question format, a member's name may be hidden from ordinary members so that a genuine question can be asked without embarrassment. Submissions may require approval before publication. Anonymous does not necessarily mean anonymous from Circle or authorised PHG administrators, who may have access to account or audit information for moderation, safety, support or legal reasons. The format must not be used to target a person, evade these standards or share sensitive information.
7. Reporting a concern
Use the reporting tools available in the relevant platform or contact support@precisionhorizonglobal.com. Include enough context for PHG to review the concern without reposting sensitive material more widely. Reports should be made honestly and in good faith. Raising a genuine safety, privacy or conduct concern will not itself be treated as misconduct.
8. Moderation and access decisions
PHG may review, hide, reject or remove content; require pre-approval; limit a feature; issue a warning; or temporarily or permanently restrict community access where reasonably necessary to protect members, PHG or the service. PHG will consider context, seriousness, repetition and immediate risk. Urgent action may be taken first where safety, security or law reasonably requires it. A member may ask PHG to review a moderation or access decision by contacting the support address above.
9. Room guides and updates
A pinned room guide may explain what belongs in that space, how to format a post or when staff normally review submissions. Those practical instructions work alongside this page. PHG may update these standards when its community or safety responsibilities change; the current version and effective date will be published here.
